Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa
Founded in 2000 by Japanese winemaker Koji Nakada and Korean partner Jae Hwa Park, Domaine Koji et Jae Hwa, part of Maison Lou Dumont, blends Asian precision with Burgundian tradition.
The domaine is based in Gevrey-Chambertin and located in Jean-Marie Fourrier’s father’s old cellars, they farm biodynamically across small plots in Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Known for minimal-intervention wines, their tiny productions—often just hundreds of bottles—earn cult status for purity and balance.
