Gaspard Brochet

The 333.d Brut Nature NV Cuvee

His own label started in 2017, and fully took over the family estate(Vincent Brochet) in 2019. All the wines has be under the Gaspard label in 2022. His focus is to create the personality of each terroir, vintage, and varietal with no additional winemaking.Grapes are picked at a high maturity to avoid the need of adding sugar. Gravity was used in his cellar and pump has never been invoiced. No racked for wine and aged in various kinds of barrels from Germany, Burgundy and family barrels.


Jerome Prevost

Les Beguines Blanc 2022 & Fac Simile Rose

Jérôme Prévost, a celebrated figure in grower Champagne, transformed his inherited 2 hectares of Pinot Meunier vines in Gueux, France, into the renowned La Closerie winery.Prévost’s minimal-intervention winemaking—using indigenous yeasts, diverse barrels, and low dosage (around 2g/l)—produces complex, terroir-driven Champagnes aged 14-17 months on lees. His non-vintage-labeled wines, identified by "LC" codes, reflect his dedication, earning him a cult following.


Bougy Elise

Chetillon Grand Cru Brut Nature NV, 

A rising star with a blend of passion for rare grapes and unique combinations with a deep respect for terroir, practicing organic and biodynamic farming. She inherited 3 hectares of her family’s domaine, with two-thirds in Les Mesneux (Montagne de Reims 1er Cru) and one-third in Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru. Her winemaking earned her the 2024 Prix des Artisanes award from ELLE and LVMH.


Dhondt Grellet

Le Bateau Cramant Blanc de Blanc 2019

The Champagne house was established in 1986 by Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet in the Côte des Blancs, marks a family legacy of winemaking excellence. Adrien, the son of Eric and Edith, took over winemaking at 22. Now joined by his sister Alice, expanded the range by highlighting terroirs in Cramant and Cuis with pure Chardonnay expressions. His “peasant farming” approach involves organic and biodynamic practices—manual plowing, homemade compost, and no herbicides—recently enhanced by horse-drawn plowing with his horse.


For timeless appeal, mature vintages from Salon, Krug, and Cristal Louis Roederer remain kings.

Antoine Jobard

It is a top-rated Meursault domaine and certificated organic in 2019. Less sulphur used since 2014 along with early bottling to keep the freshness of the wines. Antoine Jobard took over from his father, François, in 2007, continuing the family’s tradition with a 7-hectare domaine focused on Chardonnay. Spanning six cuvées—two village and four premier crus, including Charmes, Porusots, and Genevrières—his vineyards reflect a terroir-driven philosophy where meticulous vineyard work ensures purity and precision.
