Wines made from 75-yr-old Avize vines, and always blend with two vintages, fermented in neutral oak barrels.
Each bottle disgorged by hand and aged a minimum of seven years sur latte.
Champagne Fallet-Gourron is one of their labels. There are 3 more different labels under the house: Fallet-Prévostat, Fallet-Crouzet and Fallet M. Wine is the same, only to divide up the profits among family members.
Through the grapevine, it is the one that has similar style as Selosse. A good value substitute.
